​​​​This guide will show you how to use kippy and artificial intelligence to
​

define and refine your corporate strategic
​​

execute that strategy based on your key corporate objectives

implement a performance management system based on industry-standard KPIs for those objectives

When you register to kippy, the first screen you are taken to is the Strategy screen.​​​​​​
Click on Set Strategy to input your mission, vision and values. You can also add some additional context about your organisation.
Next, you can add your existing objectives one at a time by click Add Objective. Alternatively, to have kippy's AI suggest some objectives and KPIs based on your mission, vision, values and context, click Quick Set and then Suggest.
For each perspective, two objectives will be suggested - and for each objective, two KPIs. You can now edit and delete those suggestions to save a base strategy. You can even approve some of the KPIs if you are happy with the suggestions.
Now you can edit or delete the suggested objectives or you can manually add additional objectives, or even add KPIs against each objective. Also, you can use ask the AI to suggest some more KPIs for each objective. To do this, click on the blue lightbulb icon on the right of each objective.
The KPI Suggestions screen shows the existing KPIs for this objective. By clicking the Suggest button, the AI suggests some additional industry-standard KPIs related to that objective.
The AI learns from your business context and existing KPIs. You can also add some Hints to guide the AI specifically about the context and format of the suggestions.
You can edit each suggestion by clicking on the blue edit icon. Once you're happy, you can click the Add button to include each KPI to that objective.
Once you are finished with that objective, click on the Back button to back to the strategy screen and do the same for any other objectives.
After you have completed adding all the objectives and KPIs, you can use the the Quick Set or Maintain screens to add owners, targets and actuals to each KPI - and approve each KPI to make it live.
You can also add a sub-team from the Teams screen and this will copy the objectives and KPIs to the sub-team. In the sub-team, you can again augment and edit your objectives with or without AI as before.
